Sutton Harbour, Plymouth.

With a cold easterly wind blowing not many folk were to be found messing about in boats, although it was not that cold that some were content to stroll about eating ice cream. At least it didn't melt quickly. A little sunshine would have helped  but there were only a couple of rare glimpses all day.
