Mother's Day

The day started early...hung out 4 loads of washing. Hurrah for a working washing machine. Worked out how to start the dishwasher!

The day got better when Fifi and Lyall arrived bearing  lovely gifts. Then brunch out in Stirling.Andrew had arrived home when we got back . He gave me beautiful tulips. Ali Phil Eve and Euan arrived. Euan came in and wished me happy Mother's day , took my hand and lead me out to the back door where a lovely pot of flowers awaited me. Eve and Euan had planted them up. Such a thoughtful gift. 

I feel very lucky to have such a great wee family. Thank you all for the  very generous gifts and meaningful cards. Love you all lots xxx

As you can see, Eve is a very modern girl and her "mobile phone" is never far from her side:) :)
