Fifteen botanicals

I recently attended the launch of a new gin created by the wonderfully named Gin Concierges at One Square, The Sheraton, Edinburgh. 

The gin was created here in Edinburgh at Pickerings - a tiny little distillery at Summerhall. 

No less than 15 botanicals add the flavour of the gin including heather giving added smoothness. It's a very lovely gin, slightly spicy, do try if you can!
