Backdrop

Still getting used to the missing trees and shrubbery between our place and the neighbors' to the north. A broken tree started the process and now we see sky, houses, and traffic while before it was a solid wall of greenery. I miss the locusts as they are always shedding something lovely and housing lots of critters, but I love the added sun light as the branches stretched well over our clothesline in the veggie garden. Win some, lose some.
