Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Timaru
As I mentioned on my blip yesterday, today I headed into Timaru for a field trip with Focus around the Botanical Gardens. It was enjoyable taking some close-ups in the winter garden, although the humidity did make things a little sticky.
On my way back to my inlaws to pickup Mrs H, I stopped by the Catholic Basilica to grab this shot with my 8mm diagonal fisheye. I've 'defished' the lens a little to give an ultrawide view without the wavy lines.
Another trip to Christchurch beckons tomorrow, although I'll mainly be on Banks Peninsula rather than in the garden city. Maybe I can get blip on my travels.
