Here is the man of the weekend.

Little rough this morning so a 6km run and black pudding / link sausage rolls sorted me out.

Afternoon stroll along a gorge then followed by rugby on TV.

Evening of fire making, poker and wondering if I should stay up for the Grand Prix or sleep for a few hours.
