The sweetest tasting bubbly I've ever consumed

Well what a week! It's been one of the toughest and longest weeks I can remember and I'm absolutely exhausted but with so much to celebrate. First (and most important of course!) Villa got to the F.A Cup semi-final and are banging in the goals like they've got something to make up for (!)
Secondly, Ofsted turned up at my workplace (after a very long wait) and we had pleasing results and great relief all round.
Thirdly, I won a competition! Me! A Sunday Roast for 6 on Mother's Day. As my mother's topping up her vitamin D in Jamaica, it's just as well second Mum Auntie Anne's here because I don't think I could manage all 6!
