Diary of an Edinburgher

We won't mention the rugby...

A quick walk up Blackford Hill for Archie before an afternoon of rugby (for me). He had the usual fun charging around. AND he wasn't sick!

We have realised that his recent night time ramblings and wanting out is connected with the handful (or so) of training treats (tiny bits of cooked chicken) he gets during the day. And so, these have been curbed dramatically. Also, when he gets up, I now put him back to bed. The first time, I had to do it three times. The next night he realised I meant business, and after a few minutes' consideration, he gave a big sigh and lay down to sleep again until a sensible time.

Archie slept through both matches, though he did leap up and get quite excited (scared) when I cheered at Scotland's try! Fortunately for him, there was no more cheering. Just a bit of shouting at the silly mistakes.

Worrying news about blip beginning to filter through...
