So long Glebe Cottage!

Tomorrow I'm heading back to London but this is where I've been lucky enough to be staying in the week since my ankle surgery with my brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephew.

Parts of the original cottage date back to the fifteenth century, the black wooden structure at the left was built by the previous owner who used it as a studio for her work as a sculpture and connecting the two is the lovely new dining room which was finished last year and from where I've been able to idly spend my days watching the chickens, ducks, rabbits and other assorted wildlife. A very happy house!
