Ted the Shunter

This is Ted  the shunter driver (freshly painted) admiring his new Diesel Shunter earlier today. Some of the track gang are  finishing securing some track ties. The workers have had a busy day but  they are being paid time and a half, as it is  a Saturday morning. 

Yes, this  is  another new locomotive for my layout, and the management  is not well pleased!!!!!
