Return of the blue

I've been struggling this week to come to terms with some sad family news so I took myself (and camera) off to Branston Water Park for a walk fairly early this morning. Being (virtually) alone with nature on a beautiful morning certainly helps, even if it makes you a bit weepy.

I took quite a few photos, but was surprised that there was only one white butterfly and that was too far away to capture.

Braving Tamworth M & S and making some difficult phone calls, I settled down to look at my photos and spotted my blue through the window. In fact, there were two, so I ventured out and she won the day.
