Waiting for the Horses

Usually the horse and riders head to the lake to cool off after competing in the show jumping.  I went to the lake 3 times today hopefully to catch them in action.  But no luck.  (I have just found out they weren't allowed to go to the lake!!!  grrr) 

Also the lightroom on my computer has decided to disappear, so I am back to my trusty laptop.  Modern technology is perfect if all is well, but if not, it can be most frustrating.  Not to worry, it's another day tomorrow. 

This photo was taken this morning, and I notice that the poplars are starting to turn yellow.
