The Matchworks, Garston

When I was young, I remember my father having Bryant and May and Swan Vestas matches. They were made here in Garston. Bryant and May was bought up by Swedish Match and the Liverpool factory was closed in 1994, with production moved to Sweden. Thankfully, the building is still here and is now in use as offices and industrial units.
