A first

Mr J got himself the boys a Ukulele to learn to play a few weeks back.

I took a wee shine to it myself and have been trying to learn how to play it.

Tonight when I came in from work Mr J asked if I fancied a jam !!

So with him on the guitar (not the mandolin that's is the picture... His guitar was too big to use in the shot) and me on the ukulele we had our first jam together!

We sung :

You are my sunshine
I'll fly away
Over the hill


(any of you musicians out there will know those songs have very few chords in them... But hey... It's a start!)
