Toothbrush

Matthew's current favourite thing: mummy and daddy's electric toothbrush. He happily spent 10 minutes sitting on my lap turning it on and off and then trying to help brush my teeth with it. And when I got the camera out he tried to brush that too :)

Not too bad a night's sleep - though I think I dozed through at least one wake up that daddy had to get up for. Having recently complained to a friend that Matthew never plays by himself in the cot when he wakes he has been doing so the last few days, punctuated by the occasional rattling of the bars. And today culminating in a thump and a wail as he tried to climb out and fell out instead. Thankfully he also tends to throw his blankets out when he wakes up, so I dashed through to find him lying on a pile of blankets and unhurt but rather surprised. Hopefully he won't do that again in a hurry!

A nice day for the most part - he had a really good time at our sing and sign class so am thinking we might do another term after all. Another class member has a new baby sister as of last night and was there with granny instead of mummy. What a lot of little babies.
