Him: (email) @ 9.30am : Where are you?
Me: (email) On duty in the cafeteria
Him: I need to talk to you urgently, on my way...
Me: ?

5 mins later

Him: How do you feel about going to Vienna?
Me: (confused) er, hmm, when?
Him: Today
Me: (thinks) ...ok .... How long for?
Him: Till Sunday evening

So, tonight, here I am, in Vienna

Him = colleague-friend who organises school trips.  When a party of students urgently needed a second chaperone, I got the job.  Strauss and strudel, Mozart and Klimt for 72 hours.
