Special Driving Licence Needed??

.... these are not two busses driving precariously close one behind the other - this is a bus with a trailer (?) ..... apparently that's not that new - but it's the first time I've seen them in Munich ..... quite impressive - and I wonder how he will take small turns (I know that one street that is on his route .... ouch!!)
