Oh no - it's the Dentist!  This evening was my quarterly check-up which was painless enough, phew!  Actually, they are really great dentists and have a scheme where you pay monthly and have quarterly visits for a) dental checks and b) hygienist checks.  I think it's four hygienist visits and two dentist visits or is it the other way around?  Whatever..... everyone should look after their teeth for "with no teeth you have no smile" - famous North American Native quote...
