Another day that disappeared at work, managed to get out at lunchtime to do chores in town which meant that I did not get to see the sea, which was disappointing.  Walked past the Tesco development on Mill Street and noticed this comment so thought it would make a good picture, sometimes you just need to get the picture without it being one of your favourites!

Tired today after yesterdays long drive to Cardiff, glad I managed to head up the hill for a spinning class and managed to do the washing up which is a plus.  Sometimes it is the small things you have to cling onto in life!
