Who cares

Hinckley council have probably paid someone to go round the town with a can of spray paint and a stencil to mark out these little signs. They did it with a ' Scoop the Poop' one not so long ago....nobody took any notice then and I doubt if they will now. Nice to know my council tax is being put to good use
