I headed along to work this morning for a meeting. It was a hard time.  I since, have had a panic, self –harmed and found it hard to stop and generally feel anxious.

Then along to Mum’s to see Lewis for a bit. He enjoyed playing with the phone. I think we need to get him a toy one!

Nipped into Starbucks for a tea, and was given the fright of my life by a good friend who crept up on me! She is up from down south for a few days.
