Exhibition opening

Today was crazy at work so it was lovely to finish and get out into the sun. Did I mention the sun has finally come out and someone must have put a shilling in the meter as it's hot.

After dinner with friends we went to the opening of the Queens Exhibition. The gallery was packed and it was fab to see the different ways the artists had interpreted the word. From oil paintings of the queen to a b-movie scream queen and even a 3D crocheted head of a lioness and of course my piece (see entry for 18/05/12) it was all there.

So after a lot of talking, laughing and a few glasses of wine I present a slightly fuzzy blip of the entrance to the gallery.
