At the hospital for physiotherapy before 8 am. Lizzy put me through lots of pain but was successful at releasing more movement in the joint.
Sadly she is moving on to another part of the trust so the next thing is weekly Physio classes starting a week on Monday. Sad not to be keeping her.
I seldom talk about trade union casework as its confidential but I think I can say that today I had a piece of news that left me grinning from ear to ear. I wish all the cases I am dealing with could do the same.
