Big Blue Horsey

In front of the Germantown Performing Arts Center sits this lovely blue horsey. This horsey is 1 of 21 horses painted up and distributed around Memphis back in 2008. I'm not sure how many of them are still up and on public display, but I know at least a few are. This was the first time I had seen this one. We had gone to see the Memphis Symphony Orchestra play Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" and Geoachino Rossini's selections from "The Barber Of Seville". It was a wonderful show! Now I'm jonesing to see Excalibur. Ah... Fortuna.
