Clyde

Two weeks ago I went out to my chicken coop to feed and water them. Bonnie and Clyde are about 10 months old now and according to what I read they are suppose to start producing eggs around 7 to 8 months of age. Since they are way past that I thought that there was no way Bonnie would start now. I was certain I picked a dud of a chicken. That was until I went out that cold day two weeks ago. There were eggs! I was so happy, I couldn't believe it. Since then I've checked on them every morning and she has yet to lay another egg...
