Hydro by night

This evening Zoe joined Bob and I at a thermomix demonstration at the Carrington Cellars.  I'd never seen one before and was looking forward to seeing what they could do.  

It was impressive, but, for those of us you love to cook, I just couldn't get too excited.  Just a bit formulaic for my liking.  Give me food that's been cooked with love, not to a formula.  

Tara who I've known (a Blackheath local) for years was demonstrating and did a fine job of it. 

Here' s the hydro on the way home.  Crazy weather, heavy showers, then hail, then more showers, then mist.
