Late Night Visitor...

I kid you not, we have had the most wonderful day today, sat down tonight watching some tele, there was a knock at the door!

Now, its after midnight...just me and the hubby chatting and chillin, I look out the window, no-one at the front door. Hubby says "open the door and take a look" so I duly open the front door and this is what I am greeted with.

Now...I KID YOU NOT...I cacked my pants!!! The last time I saw one of these, I screamed and dived on the bed...almost breaking my bed in two!!!

I shut the front door and prepared my camera...I take a deep breath and I pluck up the courage to open the door once more to this bloomin demon who keeps knocking!!!

Now I fire off one shot, quick as I can on my telephoto lens, pitch black no light at all except for flash and I shut the door! This critter is sat dead centre of my front door step...not impressed.

I open the door once more, heart beating faster and I fire off another!

I do this only twice more, cause everytime I open the door the bugger turns and walks towards me, like it is ready to charge.

Now for the next 30 mins I am sitting there listening to this thing knocking on my door. I swear to god it is trying to break in, freaking me right out...think even hubby is thinking we have a psycho bug on our hands.

I apologise for the lack of detail on the claws of death...fear of losing a leg got the better of me, so speed was the key!!!

My house now looks like an airplane could land any second, every light is on, for fear its brother is hiding in the depths behind my wardrobe :-/
