Mourning dove basking in the sun

All Creatures Great and Small enjoyed the beautiful weather today.
At a nearby stream ice has thawed away and water flows swiftly. Finally ducks returned and mallard gentlemen are in the beautiful mating colours. We still have quite a few weeks before nature turn green, but each day above zero makes me happy.
