Wet and windy - day 1

The forecast for this week is pretty grim - really wet and high winds today, Wednesday and Thursday!

Tried Lanthwaite woods and the end of Crummock, winds were so strong at the end of Crummock it was almost impossible to stand up. This shot was taken in the woods, using a long exposure of 8 seconds (no filters needed, it was that dark) to really get across the way the branches were blowing about. 

Needed a long soak after this day out just to warm up!
