Hot Pot!

Went out with Riot and the Weatherman. I owed him a belated birthday gift so we went to dinner at Xiangbala Hotpot. You get a plastic menu card on which is a long list of different food stuffs, divided up into seafood, meat, veg, etc... You tick off which ones you want, and they bring you a huge tray of raw ingredients. You then dunk them in the heated hot pot and cook them. You get loads and can ask for more of anything in your allotted two hours.

Some things are easier to cook than others. You scald your mouth a lot too. But I'd go back. We were stuffed by the end.
