A coo in the rain
I pass a field of highland cows every day and I'm sure I have actually blipped them before. This one intrigues me as it is a Belted Galloway and there is a wee calf with the same black and white markings. Stange that there are only the two of them in a field of about thirty cows and calves.
As I was taking this photo, George, in the van of a rival pharmacy (the one I used to work for) passed me and sounded his horn. I caught up with him a few minutes later in the local surgery. We had a good wee blether and he said he was pleased that my photo tonight would be a cow and not "that bloody white cat" again. I haven't imparted the details of this conversation to Sheba!
