My Favourite Umpire

On a good day, Lisa would be expecting to umpire a Superleague match; or at the very least a Premier Div 1 Game. But today it was BUCS Div8A and Surrey 3rds take on St Georges 3rds.

I was there for the following match and it was both a surprise and a joy to meet Lisa whom I have known from Year 7 at Millias School in Horsham. Now she is married and one of our top umpires.

Made my day when she introduced me to her co-umpire explaining that I've been there for her on every step of her netball journey. Very touched
