Curzon Park (Saturday 7th March 2015)
It was a sunny Saturday afternoon and I decided to walk down to Berhills Farm to see if I could find the two egrets that had been seen in some floodwater near to the weir.
As I approached the weir there was a tremendous din coming from there, three or more dogs all barking and a gathering of excitable teenage girls. Unsurprisingly, I could see at a glance that any egrets had long since been scared off, so I turned off and began to explore Curzon Park, a new estate that seems to have grown a bit larger every time I visit. I walked along a variety of cul-de-sacs and connecting roads, and noticed this very tall tree on Sarum Way that had somehow been sculpted along its top, and that had a couple of corvids atop it.
