Happy Friday

Gorgeous day, I managed to get away before 5, so zoomed on bike (had cycled around all day, super fit school to school) to collect children in trailer and skidaddled to the river. We got down to the river and had a picnic, A went full into the water and S did not! S loved throwing the rocks and running around, hiding in bushes. We had fun!
Trina very kindly baby sat (I am NOT a baby), kids loved seeing her and having stories.
Laurie and I headed to see Jeremy Hardy in the Brewery, which was fab, laughed a lot, he does like a good rant tho! So good to get out and see Jen too. radio 4 listeners were out in force! I was a young member of the audience!!!!
