Happy days!

The inaugural visit to the newly refurbished Sun Inn bar and restaurant was attended by myself, Graeme, Jo and Nicola at half 7, table for four. Mr TSN sent his apologies cause his team was on the tele.

First impressions were good. The decor is a definite improvement and I can see a lot of blipping opportunities. Food was tasty and was delivered without the usual 'bing' from the kitchen microwave as was previously the custom. The wine selection is admirable, with the most expensive bottle of wine coming in at £245. Beer selection also good although lacking in essential ales.

We're all agreed though, that throughout the following cold winters sunday afternoons you'll be able to find us positioned close to the wood burning stove, pint in hand, wondering what a £245 bottle of wine actually tastes like.
