The boy doctor with the red sneakers did his magic again. He fixed up OilMan's ear so that it looks like an ear again. We discussed the options and rejected the "two part flap skin graft" in favor of a much simpler procedure and a smaller, flatter ear. I will spare you the details of how he accomplished this....
