WHAT are they up to now?

And WHY?
It must be the start of the Touroid season, they're starting to tear up the roads.
There used to be a Roundabout where the cones now are, ablaze with Crocuses (See RHS pic, where most have been buried under a burial mound of soil).

It's not really all that long since they altered the road so that you couldn't turn right into our road and had to go up to said Roundabout and back down to turn left into the Estate.
It'll be interesting to see "To what they are up" ?????-??

What, never heard of Touroids?
You know ... they break out from time to time and give some folks a pain in the rear.
