Balanced Diet

This is pretty much my lunch for the next 6 weeks. Two peanut butter sandwiches (carbs), crisps (fat), fruit (vitamin something or other) and a yogurt (no idea what this gives me but I love Muller Rice). Topped off with a pint of water

Boring in other words and I want pizza but the former is much better for me.

It gets really exciting tomorrow as I get to have a harvest bar.... it's not all about the medals...
