The best job in the world.........???

There's something quite fascinating about stop-go operators....

I often wonder how they get the job? Is it a case of 'last-man-to-the-van' gets the job for the day. Do they play paper-scissors-rock for it? Do they volunteer?? Or maybe they're a very egalitarian bunch and take it in turns?

Whatever - I don't think this chap was enjoying his job today!
