Mountain Biking in the Snow

My parents very kindly came down to look after the wee man for a couple of days so that L and I could head away to celebrate the anniversary of our first date.

It may seem a little odd that we still celebrate this given that we're now married, but since the date is just after Valentines day, it's a useful way of doing something romantic without getting caught up in the hype surrounding the 14th.

Anyway, we went down to the Peebles Hydro for a couple of nights and had the Saturday at the mountain biking centre at Glentress.

A great time in the forest and the weather mostly held up, but we did get snowed upon as we came down "Spooky Wood".
