My day had a wonderful start to it. You are probably squinting at the strange photo today to try and decipher it.

I was up at 5:45 and as I stepped out of the shower I noticed the words in the condensation on the bathroom mirror
I ❤️ Lala. My granddaughter Megan had written it on the mirror yesterday, for me to find it today.

What a great start! And for those who are wondering why my granddaughter calls me by my blip username, it is in fact the other way round! When Megan was due I struggled with what I was to be called, Granny, Grandma, Nan or Nanny. None of them seemed to suit me somehow. I tried foreign ones Grandmere, Abuela etc. and then I discovered that the 'granny' version of Abuela is Lala and somehow that did sound like me!

I love being a Lala to my two girls and now use the name at other times.
