Homemade Guacamole

So last night we bought an avocado to make our own guacamole - absolute fail as it was nowhere near ripe and turns out they don't ripen faster if you put them in the microwave!
Take 2 tonight was much more successful - Jim made it and I mashed it - tasted awesome!
