A Dull Day

A dull start to the day but it was dry.  By the time lunch arrived, it had started to rain heavy and the wind is picking up and very strong now at teatime.  Looks like a rainy evening ahead.

Back to work after the weekend.  Why do they always pas too quickly?  I've been on the desk in the museum today and it's been a steady day.  I even met folk home from Australia, they are here looking up family and their ancestors came from an old house just below my house.  
Off swimming tonight and then off to the pub to work. 

It was too rainy in Lerwick at lunchtime for my walk, so I headed out to Scalloway to see if it was any better and no, it wasn't.  Everything was so dull about the place today but the building work going on here in Scalloway had a bright and cheery exterior to snap :)  Taken at Main Street, Scalloway.
