Emerging

Accompanied Mr Murmuration on a trip to Gullane Sands today where he was orienteering and I wasn't. I did equal his distance though with a walk around Aberlady Bay and back.
On the way home we stopped at one of my favourite places , Butterfly World. You could almost imagine you were in a tropical paradise - if it weren't for all the wee kids charging about and mangling the wildlife. Still, good opportunity to try out Mr M's camera. This butterfly has just emerged from its cocoon and is drying out and pumping its wings up.
Let's be careful out there Madame Butterfly!
