Sunrise, Fishley Wharf

A day off work.  Looking at the weather forecast suggested the best of the day would be early so when I saw a mixture of cloud and blue sky from the kitchen door at 5:45 am it was a bit of a no brainer to get out quickly.  Recently I've missed the peek of dawn because I was tardy.  Nothing more frustrating to me than seeing great light while still driving!

This time I was able to watch the progression from blue to pink to yellow/orange and then the arrival of the sun at its rise.  I've placed a few other images on Flickr to illustrate the changes.
