Trouble shooting all night

I bought a Sky TV Link today, as my old one fell apart. Have multi - room for the kids, and never needed to watch telly in my bedroom.
Well, it took hours - most of it spent trawling through Sky forums. Phoned them, after explaining my problem to the first guy, he went silent. After umpteen hellos, I hung up. 2nd attempt, my phone perhaps lost signal. 3rd attempt, they cut me off. 4th attempt and the guy explained to me that Sky don't support them any more.
What a waste of an evening.
And my photo is crap.
Tired......sleep time.
