Wise words

Got to spend a bit of time with my boy today, finally watched Harry Potter (3rd one) and celebrated with a pub lunch. We had a nice chat over lunch about this and that, how things are going at school etc. He has some concerns about other kids not getting on very well. I asked him whether he gets on with everyone ok. He said yes. He stopped eating for a bit, and then decided to expand upon his earlier answer...

"The way I see it mum, is that some people like playing some kinds of games, and other people like playing other kinds of games. So why doesn't everyone just get on with playing the kind of games they like, with other people that like it too, instead of arguing with each other about what games everyone should play?! I just let them get on with it and do my own thing"
