Happy Hens

I couldn't decide whether to blip this white Sussex who had just finished having a dust bath at the foot of the walnut tree, or the other girls who were searching for grubs in the area we have been clearing this weekend, which is actually just behind the walnut tree. So you have both, as all hens are very happy to be running around and dust bathing in the dry warm weather we are having at the moment.
As for Mr F and myself, we each put in another seven hours hard labour today, and have cleared a huge swath of brambles. There's still a lot of ground ivy in there, but we're hoping the hens will scratch that up!
