Outdoor cooking!

We went up to the mountains today.....for a change of scenery....and stopped at a restaurant for morning coffee.

They were getting the fire ready for their lunch time business.......an impressive outdoor fire....with its own nearby wood pile.....ideal for BBQing chicken and lamb!

All the cooking was done on this fire, including the baked potatoes, wrapped in foil .....and ready to be placed in the embers.
