Last night was tough, so many feelings and thoughts. It was then I realised I had no one to phone anymore. I was, and am, on my own now.

This morning was not much better and I have hurt myself in so many ways today.

 This morning I sat for a few hours having breakfast with my book and a big mug of tea in Starbucks.

Then I was 5-10mins later than usual to Mum’s and I heard about it. Jeez!

We went into town for coffee and cake, scone and tea. Was rather disappointed in the rather small pot of tea though :( Sat in Jenner’s for a while enjoying the view of the Scott Monument and the gardens.
